Trade Name Certificates

Persons doing business in the town of New Fairfield under a name other than their own must file a Trade Name Certificate in the Town Clerk's Office.  The cost for recording is $5.00.  The cost for a certified copy is $3.00.  If a blank Trade Name form is needed, the cost is $1.00 for the blank form.
