If you are a past or present member of the New Fairfield Flash or NFHS Rebel Track Team, mark your calendar for Sunday, June 7 -- TRACK DAY 2026.

The track programs are doubling up on that date to celebrate the wonderful accomplishments of the New Fairfield track community. The day will open up with the dedication of the brand new Rebel Track & Field Record Board at the NFHS stadium. Record-holders from the past 50 years at New Fairfield High School are expected to attend to see their names finally posted for their unparalleled achievements. The ceremony will take place at 10 am.

Immediately following, the Flash Track program will have an informal picnic to celebrate the club's 25th anniversary. Former Flash athletes will mingle with program newcomers (and possibly future stars!) and enjoy refreshments, memorabilia and a proclamation from the town.
