Driveway Permits

Instructions for completion of a Driveway Permit:

Please attach:
  1. A check made out to the Town of New Fairfield in the amount of $100.00
  2. A Copy of the Call Before You Dig Ticket (supplied by the paving contractor)
  3. A simple drawing of the work to be done with all dimensions (supplied by the paving company)

Once the permit has been received it will be processed and a bond set with an email sent to your contractor.

Please note that if the Permit is received incomplete it will be returned.
