If you do NOT receive a bill by July 9th, please look online www.newfairfield.org or call the tax office for assistance.

If you need changes to your bill, please contact the assessor@newfairfieldct.org or 203 312-5625. The tax office cannot make changes so calling or sending information to our office only delays the process. They are extremely busy, so your patience is greatly appreciated.

The Tax Collector’s Office works to promote the financial stability of the Town of New Fairfield by insuring the prompt collection of Real Estate, Motor Vehicle and Personal Property Taxes. In addition, the Tax Collector’s Office applies all state statutes and local ordinances equally, without discrimination or prejudice.
